I always kiss the mezuzah before a mission

we need to make sure every chayal has that chance

Noy

I have the same ritual before every mission

I close my vest, check my gear, and go towards the door

I KISS THE MEZUZAH AND SAY A SHORT PRAYER

In that moment, kissing the mezuzah gives me a sense of safety and calm.  It helps me worry a little less and focus a little more on the mission ahead

For me, that mezuzah is a reminder of who I am, what I'm fighting for and the people I'm fighting to protect

But there are still IDF bases and doorways without kosher mezuzot.  The means there are soldiers going out on missions who don't have the same thing I've come to rely on before I leave

That's why I've partnered with The Mezuzah Project and set a personal goal of sponsoring 1,000 mezuzot for IDF bases.  I need your help to get there

Sponsoring a mezuzah might seem like a small act but for that soldier, standing in that doorway, about to go into battle...

The mezuzah gives you the strength when you need it most

For $72, you can sponsor one kosher mezuzah and give another soldier the chance to have what I have before every mission.  Please help me reach my goal of 1,000

Am Yisrael Chai
